Return / Exchange Policy
Thank you for purchasing our merchandise at www.peppertree.us operated by Pepper Tree Men’s Designerwear (“Pepper Tree”).
If you’re looking to Return or Exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
In order to be eligible for a Refund or an Exchange, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of placing your order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it in (i.e. unworn, unwashed and have the original price tags attached) and undamaged in any way.
You will be responsible and make payment for shipping fees.
When wanting to Exchange an item/s, please email us at email@example.com with all the relevant details such as
- Your order number,
- The style,
- Color and
- Size you would like in exchange.
After we receive your item/s, our team will inspect it/them and if satisfied that all above-mentioned conditions are met:
- For a Refund, your refund will be processed immediately. The money will be refunded to the original payment account/method you have used during the purchase. Payment may take 3 to 5 business days for a refund to show up in your account.
- For an Exchange, we will ship your order immediately provided we do have the item in stock.
Please note that we cannot process your refund or ship your exchange until the original item/s is/are received by us.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed since your order was placed, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will be eligible for an exchange only.
